Feb'ru y 24th, 1921.
The City Commission met in regular session with e following present:
C.E. narks, Mayor, Commissioners L.H. Simpson, J.O.Jones and W.S.Posey, City
Att'y R.A. Sowder, and M.S. Ruby, City Mgr.
Mr. Dalrymple of the Panhandle Construction Co. was present and stated that
some more of the paving was finished and by a motion made by Mr. Posey, seconded
by I:Ir. Simpson the following recommendation of J.P. I:'arkham, Eng. was read and
accepted by a unanimous vote.

GENTLEMEN:
The paving on Cedar Street from the North line of South -'econd Street,
to the North Line of North First street has been finished, and -can be accepted
by the Ci ty.

Traffic Laws were discussed and the Mayor appointed a committee,
composed of Mr. JONES, Mr. Sowder and I+.'Ir. Ruby to go to the Passenger Station
of the Santa Fe R.-. and recommend some way of regulating the traffic of the
Service Cars uxon -oing and comming from the Station.
There being no f,,ztner business eeting adjourned.
