SPECIAL MEETING.
The Ci ty Commision met at a special meeting with the following present;
L.H. Simpson, Mayor-Pro-Tem, Commissioners, Geo. C. Wolffarth, J.O. Jones, W-S.
Posey, and R.A. Sowder, City Attorney, M.S. Ruby, City Mgr.
Mr. S.L. Lambkin, Mgr of the Lubbock, Compress Company was before the
City Commission in regards to tl.e f^inium for the Li`hts on the Compress Line,
b.t as vv, City Commission could not see where it would benifit the City by not
having a Minuim of $8.00 per month, the Line was discontinued.
Mr. G.F.J. Stephens -rapresenative of Nobles Brothers Goocery Co.,this
City was before the Commission, in regards to a water Main Tuning to their place
of business , so that they would have some Fire Protection. The Commissioners
Agreeing to build the line, it rle wQ,"L. yay the expense of same and ac'.;ept rive
Year warrants with out Interest.
By a motion made by Mr. Posey seconded by lair. Jones, vote unanimous
That the City Issue $1632.06 worth of Five Year warrants -.ith out Interest for
the building of the Water Main running to Vobjes Bros. Grocery Co.
