REGULAR MEETING.
The City Commission met in regular session with the following present:
L.H. Simpson, Mayor-Pro-Tem, Commissioners, Geo. C. Wolffarth, J.O. Jones, W.S.
Posey, and R.A. Sowder, Citr Attorney, M.S. Ruby, City Mgr.
By a Motion made by Mr. Posey, seconded by Pair. Jones, the Secretary
was order to make warrant #-3830 for the amount of 1383.00 bear 6% Int. said
warrant given to the American Well Works, Da-Llas, Ilexas. Motion passed by a un-
animous vote.
The Compress Light Line was discussed the City Commmission leaving
it entirely up to Mr. Ruby for for Distribution.
By a Motion made by Mr. Posey seconded by Mr. IVolffarth the Contract
was let for Laying the dater main down Broadway, said Line Known as the Johnson
water Line, The Panhandle Construction Company having the best bid of the Three
was awarded the coot ract dry a Unanimous vote.
