The City Council of the City of Lubbock,Texas met in special session on the 27th of February,
2019,at the El Mercado Restaurant, 1702 Lavaca Street, Austin,Texas at 8:00 a.m.

W. Jarrett Atkinson; City Secretary Rebecca Garza; City Attorney Chad Weaver
Note: Mayor Pro Tem Jeff Griffith and City Manager W. Jarrett Atkinson arrived at 9:15 A.M. at the
Capitol Building.
