I am opposed to the change of zone requested by Case No. 1708. My reason and/or comments are
1'as follows:
I amopposed.to this change because it would have a substantial adverse affect on the value
of my.property, it represents a.poor zoning practice, it cannot bemadelegally by the city
becauseofdeed restrictions, and it would degrade the overall, quality of the neighborhood.
If this change is approved, the zoning ordinance may as well be repealed.

I -am opposed to the Phange of zone request -by Case No. 1708. My reasons and/or comments are as
follows:
We.bixilt our homes years ago knowing that Bobalet Heights Vas highly restricted and would
have no trouble in fighting business and apartments in this area, but now we find that we
must .,fight all the time -to prevent encroachment with people who think of nothing but the
almighty dollars. An apartment house would greatly injure us in privacy as well as a loss
in value of our homes should we desire to sell to others who wish to make their homes in
this area.
