82-41-1079-1703 Consider Ordinance No. 8332 for second reading regarding the Sale of General
(3) Obligation Bonds, 1982 Series.
Motion was made by Councilwoman Baker and seconded by Councilman Brown to pass
Ordinance No. 8332 on second 4nd:1i.nal reading-.- Motion carried: 5 Yeas; 0 Nays.
82-41-1079-1703 Consider Ordinance No. 8327 on second reading regarding amendments to the Oil and
( 4) Gas Drilling Permit.
Susan Horton, Assistant City Attorney called to the Council's attention those
revisions that they requested on May 27, 1982, at the time they read Ordinance
No. 8327 on first reading.
Motion was made by Councilman Henry, seconded by Councilman Brown to pass Ordinance
No. 8327 on second reading. Motion carried: 3 Yeas; Mayor McAlister and Council-
woman Baker voting Nay.
There being no further business the motion was made by Councilwoman Baker, seconded
by Councilman Henry to adjourn the meeting at 11:07 a.m. Motion carried: 5 Yeas;
0 Nays.
